The Senior Software Engineer is an essential contributor to the accomplishment of software development objectives for the game studio. The role will be to work as an individual contributor and also help mentor other team members. You will be responsible for game development cycles and interacting with multiple stakeholders to build great games.
What You'll Do
Provides technical and architectural expertise to team
Defines and implements innovative solutions to improve development
Monitors progress of projects and confers with management to ensure that design and development is on schedule and within budgetary guidelines
Recommends methods, processes and structures for improvement based on delivery needs and capabilities
Works closely with Director of Software Engineering, Game Design and Art teams to establish goals and ensure team is functioning at a high level
Communicates effectively, tactfully and comfortably with all levels of personnel within the organization – internal and external to D&D
All other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Requires a minimum of three years of experience in software engineering using C++ and Visual Studio
A working understanding of Adobe After Effects is preferred but not required

Pay Range
$150,535 - $279,565 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
