Quality Manager to join their facility in Vancouver, WA. This company has an impressive range of electronic design, manufacturing, and test capabilities that allow them to serve a broad range of industries from consumer products to highly technical and regulated industries.

Primary Function:
As Quality Manager, you'll be a key member of our management team, serving as the principal decision-maker for our quality initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on quality management in a dynamic contract electronics manufacturing environment. You'll be the champion of our quality standards while pragmatically balancing business needs and return on investment. The position offers a unique opportunity to influence company culture, drive continuous improvement, and shape efficient manufacturing processes.

Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain quality requirements per QMS standards and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and provide training for all employees on compliance, problem identification, and continuous improvement
- Review customer orders for quality requirements as needed
- Manage external quality audits and oversee internal audit program
- Manage CAPA process and customer complaints
- Develop and analyze quality-reporting metrics
- Lead, develop, and mentor direct reports to build a high-performing quality team
Education and Experience:
(Knowledge, skills, & abilities)
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 5+ years industrial experience
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001-required, ISO13485, AS9100-preferred)
- Experience in contract electronics manufacturing preferred
- Proficiency in statistical process control and quality processes
- Expert knowledge of inspection methods, techniques, and documentation
- Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and database management

OFFICE:
Standard office environment with normal office related conditions. Occasionally may be required to travel as required to other facilities, clients or suppliers.
