WHO WE NEED:Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role serves as a strategic partner driving revenue organization excellence through process improvement, analytics, and strategic planning. -Strategic Leadership
- Act as CRO's right-hand partner in developing and executing revenue strategy
- Lead strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives
- Present to senior leadership and board of directors
- Drive decision-making through data-driven insights
-Process & Operations
- Establish and optimize revenue team cadence and accountability systems
- Lead business reviews and pipeline management
- Streamline sales and marketing workflows
- Partner with Enterprise Applications team to oversee GTM technology stack and CRM optimization
-Analytics & Performance Management
- Develop and maintain revenue dashboards and KPIs
- Drive forecasting and budgeting processes in coordination with FP&A team
- Support quota setting and compensation planning
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize resource allocation and unit economics
-Cross-functional Leadership
- Coordinate between revenue teams and executive leadership
- Manage strategic cross-functional initiatives
- Guide team development and enablement efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, with a track record of driving measurable results
- Texas based and able to periodically travel to Sugar Land
- Proven leadership experience in SaaS / recurring revenue environment
- Prior experience with private equity-backed businesses preferred
- Strong expertise in sales operations and analytics platforms
- Excellence in strategic thinking and project management
- Executive presence and superior communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity with affinity to solve problems
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive change
