Job Title: Bi-Lingual HR Admin/Receptionist

Yes, it is expected for you to become licensed, but we also pay for all licensing costs! Work schedules will vary and may include some weekends during the busy season.Job Summary: The Bi-Lingual HR Admin/Receptionist, with an annual salary of $45,000, will provide clerical/administrative support to ensure daily quality customer service assistance.

Responds to routine customer requests or inquiries.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Answer all incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate department or employee.
  • Welcome all customers in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner.
  • Determine the nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Provide routine information to callers and visitors.
  • Confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records.
  • Maintain the visitor reception area in a neat and professional condition.
  • Accept, sign for, and deliver packages.
  • Maintain temperature log.
  • Assist the Tax Department.
  • Assist Human Resources and Executive Assistant with special projects.
  • Event planning and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be bilingual - English/Spanish.
  • MS Office Experience/Knowledge.
  • Must be willing to obtain a Texas Health Insurance License.

Office Environment:


  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to use general office equipment.
