About the Role
LeadDesk is seeking an Interim Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function during a 3.5-4 month parental leave substitution. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and drive marketing strategy for a dynamic, mission-driven company.

Key Responsibilities
As the Interim Head of Marketing, you will:- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy - Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Manage holistic brand management initiatives - Drive lead generation and optimize sales funnel - Oversee performance marketing efforts - Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies - Create end-to-end pipeline reporting and analytics - Manage communication and content marketing activities
Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for a marketing leader who brings:- Proven track record in executing targeted marketing strategies with measurable results - Strong leadership skills to realign and motivate teams - Expertise in lead generation and sales funnel optimization - Deep understanding of performance marketing - Data-driven approach to pipeline management - Ability to collaborate across different business functions - Proficiency in comprehensive pipeline reporting and strategic decision-making
