As a Processing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in our operations. Your attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools will contribute to our success.
Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input prospective client information into our database.
- Application Processing: Handle insurance applications using specialized software systems.
- Client Communication: Create and send professional email correspondence to clients.
- Medical Requirements: Coordinate and track scheduling for medical exams.
- Record Management: Monitor fulfillment of medical records orders.
- Follow-Up: Engage with clients and advisors to address outstanding items promptly.
- Policy Finalization: Ensure insurance policies are accurately documented in our database and forward necessary paperwork to insurance companies.
- Reception Backup: Provide phone support when needed.
- Filing: Maintain organized records.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Superior attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Word).
