Role Overview

As a Lead Data Scientist at Vidoori, you will spearhead data-driven initiatives and provide critical insights that guide business decisions. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to uncover meaningful patterns and deliver innovative solutions leveraging data science techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage data science projects from conception to deployment, ensuring impactful outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and develop data-driven strategies.
Develop and implement advanced algorithms and models to extract value from complex datasets.
Guide and mentor junior data scientists, promoting growth and excellence within the team.
Conduct predictive and prescriptive analysis to derive actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and integrate them into existing processes.

Skills and Experience Required

Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in data science, with demonstrated leadership in projects.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis.
Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and visualization tools.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of statistical methods and data modelling.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
