We are seeking a System Administrator to join our development team at CCMI.  
As Software Developer, you’ll be responsible installing, configurinig and maintaining hardware and software, and managing network servers in an AWS could environment.

Summary:


The System Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, and managing network servers in an AWS cloud environment. This role is critical in ensuring the IT infrastructure supports the organization’s goals and user needs. The position involves working with other systems administrators, developers, and end users to diagnose and correct hardware and software issues, developing recurring system jobs for backups, testing, and data integrity, and ensuring connectivity between various systems and software.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.

  • Manage network servers in an AWS cloud environment.
  • Ensure IT infrastructure supports organizational goals and product needs.
  • Collaborate with other developers and team members to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Develop and manage recurring system jobs for backups, testing, and data integrity.
  • Identify network components and ensure connectivity between diverse systems and software.

The Individual:


  • Direct, hands on experience with in an AWS cloud environment
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop and coordinate project plans in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate information service concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
  • Identify potential enhancements, risk mitigating technologies or processes to implement

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree preferred with major in Software Development, Network Information Systems, or Computer Engineering; or Associate degree related to software, hardware, or information systems
  • 5+ years’ experience in IT field including:
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting relevant network technologies and infrastructure in a Windows/ Linux OS and AWS cloud environment
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with a combination of the following technologies:
  • SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MS Access database systems.
  • Ability to write SQL Server queries and MS Access macros.

  • Experience programming in Microsoft C#/.Net.
