Overview:
United Educators (UE) provides our members with online risk management training as part of their membership. Join our Learning Enablement team, responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS) that our members use for training. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about supporting a large, decentralized training effort and help us enhance our offerings. With the rise of online training, now is a great time to dive into this dynamic field. This role is for our Summer 2025 Internship Program.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior LMS Administrator to evaluate and implement new features.
- Gather requirements and create journey maps to improve user experience.
- Test and enable features in the LMS sandbox environment to determine their suitability.
- Ensure appropriate user permissions for new feature deployments.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for new releases.
Qualifications:
- Interest in system administration, including account and permission management
- Strong troubleshooting and quality assurance (QA) skills
- Familiarity with the product management lifecycle
- Experience with user feedback collection or journey mapping is a plus, but not required
