- A CURRENT CLEARANCE WITH POLY CLEARANCE
- Possess eight (8)+ years of experience as a Test Engineer.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline is great, but if you have 4 additional years of applicable work experience, that works!
- Required Skills:• Experience building out various test environments for a software development team• Experience implementing unit testing, integration testing, stress testing, smoke testing, use case testing, and operational scenario based testing• Experience with testing systems at the component, integration, system and end-to-end levels• Experience with Functional/non-functional tests, requirements based/structure based testing, black/white testing• Experience with test automation, test scripts, regression/performance tests• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Katalon• Experience with Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM)• Has developed thorough test cases and deficiency reports• Ability to implement test strategies, plans, procedures/process (monitoring/control/analysis/design/implementation/execution/completion/traceability) and reports• Excellent communication skills• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesDesired Skills:• Experience with Agile processes and Scrum ceremonies is a plus• Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
Some of your day-to-day activities:
- Analyze system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results.
- Support the development of government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports.
- Work with other test organizations to support T&E program integration.
- Provide specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area as assigned in the statement of work.
