Account Receivable Specialist

About the role
AnswersNow is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee and perform essential Accounts Receivable functions within our revenue cycle management team. This role will focus on back-end operations, particularly managing claim denials, alongside other critical revenue cycle responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Follow up on denied and rejected claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee accounts receivable and manage outstanding balances effectively.
- Address inquiries regarding billing and insurance with professionalism and clarity.
- Contribute to revenue cycle audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and regulations.

Requirements
- Two or more years of AR clean-up and denials management, preferably in the ABA field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
