PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- R&I project management: track progress (timelines, budget and deliverables). Provide support to the R&D tracking of New Product Development (NPD) for reporting.
- Coordinate with global platform teams on the communication of capabilities and products, working closely with product management (PM) and marketing to ensure regular review.
- Work with the global PM and marketing team on transfer of data from Research & Innovation (RI) teams in a format that is scientifically coherent for data packs, white papers presentations etc…
- Support the drafting and data collation for scientific publications
- Support R&I enablement: improve process, SOP implementation…
- Lead R&I digitalization effort (Airtable): implementation of project management tools. Model and biobank database improvement/creation in collaboration with other stakeholders across the company.
With a solid R&D background, you will interact with many departments:
- R&D teams (In vitro, In vivo, Biomarkers, Data Science and Bioinformatic)
- Product Management
- Senior management
- Fellow R&D Project Managers
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Ph.D. or Masters degree in science.pharmacology, biology, or related discipline. Masters degree with rich working experience in pharmacology may also qualify.
- Min. 3yrs experience as Program Manager in a technical R&D environment.
- Strong proficiency in Airtable and experience with other database systems.
- Experience in drug discovery process, ideally both in vitro and in vivo.
- Experience in data analysis using Office software and other statistical software.
- Demonstration of scientific publications/presentations in peer-reviewed journals or relevant scientific meetings. Scientific writing experience a plus.
- Good at searching and reviewing literature.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English and Chinese.
- Proactive in improving processes, problem solving and finding solutions to problems and implementing changes to resolve different challenges.
- Strong responsibility and organization ability, good understanding, interpersonal skill, and team work spirit.
