Are you passionate about finding and fostering talent? We are seeking a People & Culture Manager - focus Recruiting (f/m/d) to join our team and play a critical role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for Front Row while strengthening our presence as an employer of choice. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape recruitment strategies and drive employer branding initiatives that showcase our company culture and values.The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.
How would you spend your time if you join us?
- You collaborate with team leads to define hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
- You manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding
- You build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs and bring our Active Sourcing strategies to the next level
- You thereby ensure a seamless and candidate-centric recruitment experience while leveraging creative sourcing techniques
- You provide guidance and support on employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- You analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes
- You work on additional projects or tasks aligned with your preferences and areas of expertise to contribute to Front Row’s success
Requirements
Who Are You?
- You have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Specialist, or similar role
- You possess a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing techniques
- You are proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- You have excellent organizational skills and can handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- You bring a creative mindset for employer branding initiatives and are comfortable crafting engaging content
- You stay updated on market trends and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent
- You are an effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
- You speak English fluently, German skills will be beneficial
