As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, your mission is to craft and execute innovative social media strategies, organize engaging events, and deliver compelling brand storytelling that resonates with our audiences.

- Crafting and Sharing Compelling Content: Develop and share engaging, consistent content across social media, email, website, and traditional media channels that highlights brand values, resonates with target audiences, and encourages interaction.
- Using Data-Driven Insights: Regularly analyze social media, event, and campaign performance to identify what resonates, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and ensure communications remain relevant and impactful.
- Enhancing Brand Presence at Events: Coordinate all aspects of events and tradeshows, from logistics to post-event follow-up, creating experiences that deepen audience connections and reinforce brand credibility.

Accountability - in your first 12 months, you will:
- Increase social media engagement - Develop and execute a refreshed social media strategy aimed at boosting engagement metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments) on key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. Track and report on progress quarterly, with recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Conduct successful event execution and feedback implementation - Plan and coordinate internal and external events (e.g., lab grand opening, annual Company Kick-Off, and regional tradeshows). Gather feedback from internal attendees, use insights to refine processes and enhance future events.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns - Assist in execution of comprehensive, cross-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with product management and sales teams that promote Vive’s Precision Chemistry solutions to target demographics. Track engagement and lead generation to reach or exceed set goals, with a post-campaign report summarizing outcomes and learnings.
Specific Duties & ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with brand goals and promotes engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content via Hubspotacross multiple platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, questions, and comments promptly.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to source content ideas, ensuring alignment with ongoing campaigns and product launches.
- Keep up with social media trends and competitor activities to refine social strategies and introduce innovative approaches.
Event Planning and Coordination
- Plan and organize Company events, such as Company Kick-Off, Commercial Meetings, and other internal gatherings.
- Oversee logistics for regional tradeshows including pre-show planning, sales rep preparation, post-show follow up, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external agencies to manage event logistics, setup, and teardown.
- Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses to ensure they stay within allocated funds.
- Develop pre- and post-event marketing materials and promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
- Gather feedback from event attendees to assess success and identify improvement areas.
Content Creation and Brand Storytelling
- Write, edit, and proofread copy for social media, website, email, and print materials.
- Source or develop visual content, such as photos, videos, and infographics, to accompany written materials.
- Maintain brand consistency in all content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone.
- Develop and refine storytelling approaches that communicate the brand’s values, mission, and impact in a compelling way.
- Collaborate with sales, agronomy and product management teams to create communication materials that clearly convey product benefits and solutions.
Skills & Experiences
- Experience in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Experience managing social media calendar via scheduling tool like Hubspot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an ability to craft engaging copy and compelling brand stories that align with brand voice and mission.
- Skilled in analyzing social media and marketing metrics. Google analytics certification is a plus.
- Experience in organizing and managing events.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and coordinate with various teams to keep projects on track.
- Experience working with product, sales, and other internal teams to align on messaging and ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities in both social media and marketing communications, with a readiness to innovate and adapt.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot)to support integrated marketing campaigns and track lead generation.
- Basic skills in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to support the development of visual content for social media, advertisements, and events.
- Experience with platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other social media insights tools is a plus.
