What are you going to do?Reporting to the Global HR Manager, you will provide broad operational support within the Global HR Structure and will be responsible for all local/regional HR-related tasks. This means support with administration, communication and payroll processing, but also with organizing and scheduling (international) events and training courses.Within your global responsibilities, you will be the focal point and administrator of all HR Information and Management Systems, ensuring its data accuracy and integrity, and proactively proposing new ways to improve its functionalities by being in constant contact with all stakeholders.You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting all Global HR indicators worldwide, along with providing analytical support to HR initiatives.You have many different stakeholders and the perfect candidate for this vacancy will not be upset by this dynamic, but will be energized by it.Locally, you will be responsible for all HR matters, including, but not limited to, payroll and benefits coordination, and local labor law and regulations compliance.As you can read, a super varied role within a very dynamic environment!What do we ask of you?
- 5 years’ experience in HR, preferably in an international company.
- A completed HR education is an advantage but not a must.
- Local Malaysian labor law and regulations expertise is required. Indonesia, India and China labor law and regulations knowledge is a plus.
- You are fluent in English, both written and conversational (this will be the main work language). Mandarin would also be preferred.
- Great work attitude and collaborative team spirit.
