At Flashfood, we're redefining how grocery retailers address food waste while driving profitability and community impact. As the Marketing Manager for our B2B portfolio, you’ll lead efforts to win the hearts and minds of grocers across North America, building awareness and delivering qualified marketing leads (MQLs). With a focus on content, storytelling, events, partnerships, and out-of-the-box thinking, this role will be critical to delivering on Flashfood’s ambitious growth targets in 2025 and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution:
- Own and build out a world-class B2B marketing function
- Develop a content marketing strategy and production engine (case studies, webinars, lead magnets, thought leadership, etc.) that resonates with grocers and drives inbound demand
- Create and execute disruptive marketing campaigns aligned with business goals to generate awareness and leads
- Build out a roster of top tier agencies and freelancers to augment our internal team, ensuring that we are balancing the need for speed and quality
Digital, CRM & Analytics:
- Oversee paid digital campaigns, working closely with freelancers and/or vendors to drive efficiency in SEM, paid social, programmatic and other channels as identified
- In tandem with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, build out our B2B CRM strategy and calendar, owning content and segmentation
- Develop and own Flashfood’s SEO strategy, ensuring a focus quality and relevance throughout
- Ensure trackability and visibility on all key metrics, working with our data and rev ops resources to ensure that necessary dashboards are in place
Events Management:
- Work closely with Comms leadership to ensure Flashfood leaves a lasting impression at key industry events
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a best-in-class schedule for industry trade shows, vendor showcases, and partner events
- Maximize event ROI through pre-event outreach, on-site activations, and post-event follow-ups
Partnerships & Sales Enablement:
- Work closely with sales and comms to ensure that we are maximizing association relationships and strategic partnerships that will feed our growth
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and account management teams to deliver content and materials that delight prospects and partners alike
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with experience specifically in grocery or retail industries
- Proven track record of designing and executing KPI-driven marketing programs that exceed lead generation and sales targets
- Strong knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and hands-on experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content that drives action
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics and A/B testing tools, along with SEO tooling and CMS experience
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on campaign performance metrics
