6-month Contract.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute event strategies, plans, and objectives aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
- Identify and secure venues, vendors, and partners, ensuring all elements align with the event's objectives.
- Create and implement event marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital platforms.
- Design promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and content for event announcements.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Develop event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during events, handling on-site operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
- Oversee event staff and coordinate schedules, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Gather attendee feedback and analyze event success.
- Compile detailed post-event reports with recommendations for future initiatives.
Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in event marketing, event planning, or related roles.
- Proven track record of organizing successful events and marketing campaigns.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast - pace environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is a must
