The Role
Bankjoy is seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team and build a world-class marketing department from the ground up. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of creating and scaling marketing strategies in fintech, SaaS, or related industries.As the first marketing leader in our growing team, you will have the opportunity to shape Bankjoy’s marketing vision, execute impactful campaigns, and hire a high-performing marketing team to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and client engagement.
The base salary for this role is USD $140,000 - $160,000.
In this role, you will:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Bankjoy’s business goals and growth objectives.
Define marketing priorities, budgets, and KPIs to measure success across all initiatives.
Team Building & Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including hiring Senior Marketing Manager, Content Creators, Designers, and other roles as needed.
Provide mentorship and guidance to marketing hires to foster creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition:
Drive measurable growth through demand generation campaigns, digital marketing, email marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies.
Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless handoff and conversion of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Event Management:
Oversee planning and execution of Bankjoy’s annual client conference, trade shows, and smaller regional events to engage prospects and clients.
Brand Building & Content Creation:
Elevate Bankjoy’s brand presence through compelling storytelling, thought leadership content, and consistent messaging across all channels.
Ensure all marketing materials reflect Bankjoy’s brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
Collaboration with Product & Sales:
Partner with product and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to maximize revenue growth and client acquisition.
Analytics & Reporting:
Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize marketing efforts.
Prepare regular reports for the executive team on marketing effectiveness and pipeline contribution.
What you bring:
7+ years of experience in marketing management at SaaS B2B companies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience planning in person events and webinars.
Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
