Place of Performance:
Remote, but must be able to work 8:00 - 5:00 ESTYears of Experience: 8+Education/Certification Requirements: BS, Engineering, Management Information Systems of Related Technical Degree or 10+ years of Experience. ServiceNow Certification a Plus.Specific DutiesThis position will provide the ServiceNow Platform Administration services including but not limited to:
- Upgrade all instances when ServiceNow releases updated versions that require preparation, testing, and bug fixes across production and non-production environments.
- Setting up and configuring ServiceNow instances, cloning, update sets, API and Restful web services integrations, certificate management, MID-Servers, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation
- Manage Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists
- Manage deployment of update sets and synchronization of changes between multiple ServiceNow instances
- Resolve help desk/support tickets for reported incidents or defects
- Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support
- Demonstrated experience with upgrading systems, software migrations, and resolving help desk tickets
- Experience configuring mid-servers
- Strong experience deploying in an Agile Environment.
