Level Access, a pioneering SaaS company in the field of digital accessibility, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier sales talent to drive growth and support our mission of empowering organizations to create accessible and inclusive digital experiences. With a minimum of two years of full-cycle recruiting experience, you will leverage your expertise to source, engage, and hire candidates for sales roles, ensuring alignment with Level Access’ goals and values.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full life cycle of recruitment for a high volume of sales roles, including business development representatives (BDRs), account executives (AEs), and sales leadership positions.
- Resume Review & Screening: Evaluate resumes and credentials for alignment with sales expertise, quota achievements, and relevant industry experience.
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive sales candidates.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Implement sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and ensure inclusive representation in hiring efforts.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates’ fit for sales roles, and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Interview Preparation: Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed role insights, expectations, and company culture highlights.
- Feedback Coordination: Gather and synthesize post-interview feedback from hiring managers and candidates to streamline decision-making.
- Compensation Consulting: Advise hiring managers on competitive compensation packages and present offers to candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by fostering clear, timely communication and acting as a representative of Level Access’ culture and values.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards throughout the hiring process.
- Talent Strategy: Partner with leadership to understand sales hiring needs, talent gaps, and workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Proven ability to recruit for high-volume and specialized sales roles, managing competing priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics, quotas, and commission structures to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform hiring strategies and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining relationships with candidates and internal business stakeholders.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms; experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a strong focus on providing quality customer service.
- Adept at managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with current sales recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
