Responsibilities
:
Customer Engagement:
- Coordinate and facilitate customer collaboration on content such as podcasts, research reports, use cases, and case studies.
- Serve as a liaison to gather insights and foster meaningful partnerships with customers.
Public Relations and Outreach:
- Support PR efforts by pitching story ideas, coordinating outreach to media outlets, and managing relationships with journalists, bloggers, and networks.
- Help strategize and execute campaigns targeting tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 media placements.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics across channels.
- Provide actionable insights to refine and optimize ongoing campaigns.
Creative and Design Workflow:
- Collaborate with design teams to prioritize and streamline creative deliverables, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Maintain a pipeline of creative requests from cross-functional teams.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Support SEO efforts by managing content production and outreach for backlinks to enhance search rankings.
- Collaborate on keyword strategy and content improvements.
Who You Aare:
* You have a basic understanding of marketing functions from a generalist point of view and are familiar with how different marketing channels operate together to drive results.* You take a data-driven approach to marketing, using metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.* You are hands-on, eager to roll up your sleeves, and open to working in a high-impact, high-cadence fashion where priorities can shift quickly.* You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.* You are able to leverage tools like SEMrush, Muck Rack, Google Search Console, and AI-based solutions to drive efficiency and results.
