We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to lead complex technical programs and projects. This role requires aligning teams on goals and timelines while managing the strategic and technical aspects of the program. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, expertise in process mapping, and proficiency in tools for documentation and collaboration. The position involves end-to-end management of job feed systems and process optimization to support critical business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Document and analyze business goals, objectives, and solution features with clarity and precision.
- Organize information logically, covering scope, objectives, assumptions, and constraints.
- Create detailed Use Cases and User Stories to define interactions between users and systems.
- Document "As-Is" workflows, roles, and decision points, and design optimized "To-Be" workflows using BPMN for clarity and standardization.
- Utilize tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Bizagi for process mapping.
- Perform Gap Analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Use tools like fishbone diagrams for Root Cause Analysis.
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes.
- Engage stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and direct observations.
- Prioritize and mediate conflicting requirements effectively.
- Capture both Functional and Non-Functional requirements.
- Manage version control using tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Bizagi, Visio, and IBM Blueworks Live.
- Expertise in requirements management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and IBM Rational DOORS.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Confluence.
- Break down complex challenges and propose actionable, data-driven solutions.
- Assess the feasibility of proposed changes and their operational and technical impact.
- Conduct Cost-Benefit Analysis to evaluate business outcomes.
- Build consensus with stakeholders, address conflicts, and secure buy-in.
- Simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align priorities and objectives.
- Align technical capabilities with business goals through Technology Roadmaps.
- Promote continuous improvement and adoption of modern solutions.
- Lead Change Management initiatives, ensuring smooth organizational transitions.
- Understand how system components interact and scale (System Architecture).
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable solutions.
- Awareness of Data and Machine Learning integration for process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Expertise in Business Needs Documentation.
- Proficiency in Process Mapping and Analysis using tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, and BPMN.
- Experience with JIRA for requirements and version control.
