About the Job


The HR Generalist will work in the People Operations department, reporting directly to the People Operations Director. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded HR professional who will assist with performance management and training, compensation and reward programs, and compliance initiatives.  

What you’ll be doing:


First 30 days:


  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as compensation, leaves, and talent management, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Address employee inquiries, manage conflict resolution, and promote positive employee relations.
  • Support our annual compensation program; modifying job descriptions; supporting annual salary surveys; analyzing compensation; monitoring the performance evaluation program.

First 90 days:


  • Manage HR projects as required to meet overall business strategies and requirements; perform and/or support processes and special projects as appropriate.
  • Contribute to the design and development of critical HR metrics and assesses how trends impact the organization
  • Conduct human resource audits surrounding compliance and reporting; develop processes and procedures for maintenance and implement accordingly.

First year:


  • Partner with leaders on key annual processes such as performance management, talent assessment & development, and annual compensation review
  • Analyze and interpret employment-related data. Conduct research on human resources issues and make recommendations to improve conditions, processes, or efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related
  • 3-5+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (including Excel) and the Google Suite
  • PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
