As a Lead Product Manager on our Studio team you will bring the customer point of view to everything, so we build and deliver new solutions that our customers love. You will help drive innovation and define the future of our Studio product. You’ll be joining a growing team at an exciting time at Movable Ink. This role will lead the development of our Tactics catalog. You will help marketers bring new ideas to market quickly, test and optimize to drive business results. You will lead the effort to bring new Web Tactics to market.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, design to create a product roadmap that delights customers and grows our business. 

Responsibilities:


  • Bring the customer POV to everything we do in Engineering, Product and Design
  • Work directly with customers to understand needs and opportunities
  • Work directly with customers in Early Access programs to drive iteration and GA launch
  • Create a high value roadmap with your partners in engineering and design that aligns with our business goals and helps us achieve our product vision
  • Write use cases and user stories to build a shared understanding around user needs and the definition of success 
  • Prioritize upcoming sprints, features, and enhancements in the backlog
  • Inform decisions with qualitative and quantitative data
  • Define & track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure & continually iterate features & functionality
  • Lead cross-functional sessions to assess product adoption, success and iteration
  • Identify and solve problems across teams and disciplines by partnering with other product managers, Program Management, and GTM teams

Qualifications:


  • 8+ years experience in B2B Product Management 
  • Prior experience in marketing technology
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Expertise in product discovery techniques with demonstrated success executing with engineering and design teams
  • Ability to manage a strategic backlog while working with customers directly
  • Can confidently demo product and manage conversations with customers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive through complexity to achieve results

The base pay range for this position is $180,000-$200,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
