job purpose:

The 7-Eleven Field Operations Manager will be responsible for working in parallel with the National Account Manger who is making the headquarter call to ensure national plans are being implemented within assigned territory. They will work directly with the 7-Eleven Bottler Account Executives, Franchise Owners Associations, and 7-Eleven Field Teams making sure our brands are top of mind by stewarding scorecards and executional priorities to improve our business. They will be the point of contact for all Franchise Owners Associations within their assigned territory and will need to attend all trade shows and board meetings to represent our brands.

responsibilities:


  • Accountable for ongoing relationships with Coke Bottler AEs, 7-Eleven Field Teams, 7-Eleven FOAs within assigned territory to drive fairlife business.
  • 7-Eleven FOA Management
  • Support priority coordination with FOAs (Franchise Owners Associations) 
  • Manage field/territory responsibilities for FOA relationships
  • Maintain updated FOA store lists to ensure proper scorecards
  • Develop and deliver Quarterly Meetings – Business & Category Reviews
  • Support preparation and attendance of Trade Shows
  • Steward Scorecards and Priorities across all Stakeholders
  • Bottler/NAOU Franchise, Broker, & Customer Team Meetings and Resource
  • Track and Steward Execution Priorities
  • Customize Scorecards to Bottler/(Broker) by Customer
  • Coordinate and Manage Market Street Challenge Initiatives
  • Track and Steward PicOS Management/AMPS Standards
  • Fairlife Zone Team Meetings and Resource
  • Partner with National Accounts Team Customer Leaders to Drive Priorities
  • Steward National Accounts Team Trimester Priorities to the Regions
  • Partner and connect with Region Commercial counterparts to ensure priority alignment and execution excellence for the 7-Eleven business
  • Accountable for delivering the business plan objectives for the defined 7-Eleven portfolio of FOAs to include fiscal areas of customer and bottler investments.
  • Volume, Net Revenue, Profit objectives
  • Shopper and Sales DME, Slotting, Trade, CTM, GTM budgets
  • Market Share and Bottler Penetration metrics
  • Responsible for the development, selling, and implementation of initiatives with FOAs and at bottlers in coordination with the National Account Customer Leader.
  • Interpret national programs for local application, cascaded from and complementary to the national plan
  • Create local program opportunities that supplement the national plan

  • Coke Bottler Account Executives, 7-Eleven Field Team, 7-Eleven Franchise Owners Associations, fairlife Field Sales/Commercial teammates

skills/qualifications required:


  • Minimum 5+ years of CPG experience required, with a focus on food or beverage products preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Key Account sales required
  • DSD beverage and/or dairy experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage a growing portfolio of brands within a given budget to achieve business goals
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to tell a compelling story and drive business plan priorities and objectives
  • Strong business acumen and fiscal management/ROI knowledge
  • Proactive attitude with entrepreneurial skill set, who thrives in a multi-tasking environment
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives in response to inevitable market challenges and unique customer requirements
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-directed individual who demonstrates strong, logical decision-making aptitude
