Day in the Life of a
Salesforce Junior Developer
- Begin working on Salesforce development tasks assigned by the team lead or senior developers.
- Tasks may include building or customizing Salesforce applications, configuring Salesforce objects, workflows, and automation, coding in Apex (Salesforce's programming language), developing Visualforce pages, or integrating third-party applications with Salesforce.
- Collaborate with other team members to gather requirements, clarify specifications, or troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct unit tests and functional tests to verify the functionality of your code.
- Debug and troubleshoot any issues or errors encountered during testing.
- Work closely with QA testers to address bugs and ensure the quality of the Salesforce application.
- Communicate any outstanding issues or concerns to the team lead or project manager.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices in Salesforce development.
- Provide updates on your tasks and raise any blockers or challenges that need attention.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent English language skills
- 1+ Year working with Java
- 1+ Year working with CSS
- 1+ Year working with Javascript
- 1+ Year working with HTML
- 1+ Year working with SQL
- Ability to work in the Neocol office in Montevideo 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on the Salesforce Platform
- Certifications related to Salesforce Platform
- Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English
