Day in the Life of a 


Salesforce Junior Developer 


  • Begin working on Salesforce development tasks assigned by the team lead or senior developers.
  • Tasks may include building or customizing Salesforce applications, configuring Salesforce objects, workflows, and automation, coding in Apex (Salesforce's programming language), developing Visualforce pages, or integrating third-party applications with Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with other team members to gather requirements, clarify specifications, or troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct unit tests and functional tests to verify the functionality of your code.
  • Debug and troubleshoot any issues or errors encountered during testing.
  • Work closely with QA testers to address bugs and ensure the quality of the Salesforce application.
  • Communicate any outstanding issues or concerns to the team lead or project manager.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices in Salesforce development.
  • Provide updates on your tasks and raise any blockers or challenges that need attention.

Required Qualifications


  • Fluent English language skills
  • 1+ Year working with  Java
  • 1+ Year working with  CSS
  • 1+ Year working with  Javascript
  • 1+ Year working with  HTML
  • 1+ Year working with  SQL
  • Ability to work in the Neocol office in Montevideo 4 days per week 

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience on the Salesforce Platform
  • Certifications related to Salesforce Platform
  • Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English
