Paynada delivers a consultative approach on the best platforms and equipment most suitable for each merchant.Responsibilities:
- Recruit Client Executives and Territory Managers in your territory/division
- Train, develop, motivate and manage your direct reports.
- Identify opportunities and prospective clients to increase revenue stream and build a book of business.
- Maintain existing & prospective client records within CRM.
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of company products and changes within the payment industry.
- Assist direct reports with the sales cycle, closing deals, and installing equipment as requested.
- Culture Champion for your team utilizing social media to recruit new team members and celebrate wins of your team.
- Recommend both merchant services and technology to meet your client's needs
Compensation:This is a W-2 position with uncapped earning potential and competitive commissions. We do offer a salary for the Division Manager role with a range of $70,000 - 90,000 per year with the opportunity to earn even more via uncapped commissions earned on what you sell and overrides for what your team sells. Skills:Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of RECENT business-to-business (B2B) cold calling, networking, and closing experience is a MUST
- Minimum 3 years of RECENT Merchant Processing industry experience is a MUST
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct reports
- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting and interviewing team members
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven outside sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
