Job Summary
We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our team in Evanston, IL. This position will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, placing candidates across the organization. This is a great opportunity to make contributions to the organization through the success of finding talent that will continue to support the growth of our organization. Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree required
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter at an advertising agency or solid experience recruiting positions in the digital marketing space
- Experience with managing workflow in an ATS, JazzHR preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization
- Strong sense of organization and follow-through with the ability to manage multiple job openings
- Ability to build and manage relationships
- Detailed-oriented, self-motivated, independent thinker that can manage multiple projects/priorities
- Positive, can-do attitude, strong willingness to learn
