Job Description


At Logic20/20, we are rapidly expanding and seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to be a driving force behind our continued success. As a Business Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to help shape our business development strategy, cultivate key partnerships, and spearhead revenue growth.If you're ready to make a significant impact in a company on the brink of substantial growth, read on to learn more about this unique position at Logic20/20.

Qualifications


You are passionate about:


  • Identifying, cultivating, and closing business within an established book of business
  • Learning and growing your knowledge in a variety of industries and drawing insights into how business and technology solutions can meet today’s most crucial business needs.
  • Engaging in a collaborative team sales approach with a range of practice leaders and members. 

  • Proven Hunter Mentality: You will be taking over an established $10M book of business so you should be a strong relationship builder and possess experience hunting and farming. 
  • New Business Development Experience: 4-8 years of experience in driving business growth, cultivating relationships, achieving sales success within a consultingand/or solutions-based environment
  • Client Acquisition: Experience with conversion strategies, including cold calling, networking, email outreach, and other innovative methods.
  • Industry Experience: Experience selling into high-tech such as Microsoft highly preferred. 

  • Additional Information


    All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of

    $110,000 - $180,000 for this role with uncapped commission. OTE is $200,000 - $250,000.

     The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
