About the Role:
We’re seeking a talented
Digital Designer to join our Marketing & Creative team in Miami. This dual-focused role balances web/UX design and graphic design. You’ll create user-centered web experiences and high-quality visuals that resonate with our audience while staying true to MAJORITY’s brand identity. Plus, support marketing initiatives across digital channels, including Social Media, Online Sales, and Direct Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Web/UX Design (50%)
- Design and Optimize: Develop responsive, visually engaging web pages that align with MAJORITY’s brand identity and drive user engagement.
- User-Centered Focus: Continuously enhance website usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual consistency across digital platforms.
- UX/UI Library Maintenance: Update and expand the UX/UI library as new projects are completed, ensuring design assets remain relevant, organized, and ready for reuse.
- Pragmatic & Technical Focus: Bring a pragmatic, technical perspective to the creation and maintenance of web components, ensuring designs are feasible and scalable for development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and component reusability.
- Brand Consistency: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure web visuals align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
Graphic Design for Marketing Channels (50%)
- Content Creation: Design compelling visual assets for social media, online performance marketing, and direct sales campaigns.
- Performance and Awareness: Produce high-quality creative assets that drive both brand awareness and campaign performance.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Social Media Manager, Brand Manager, Online Sales and Direct Sales to create high quality assets that drive performance and/or brand awareness.
- Design Guidelines: Adhere to and help refine MAJORITY’s visual guidelines for consistent branding across channels.
Who You Are:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web/UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design and graphic design work.
- Web Expertise: Proven experience creating user-centered, responsive web designs and maintaining design systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Figma and Framer, with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with developers, marketers, and product teams.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus!
