Overview:


1Vision, is seeking a qualified candidate for our customer success team. We are looking for an energetic go-getter who seeks opportunities for growth in her or his career. This unique position will not only encompass the client connection on projects, but will be a leadership role in our steady and growing ballot and election services business segment!Sr. Project Manager is responsible for understanding the customer’s expectations, and for advocating for the successful completion of jobs and programs.

Project Managers are key representatives in 1Vision’s objective to deliver “Best in Class” service. Meeting customers’ needs through quality production and on time delivery, providing responsive internal and external communication through a “Can Do” approach will create an environment where customers will continue to view 1Vision as their partner.

Key responsibilities and duties include:


  • Deliver “Best in Class” customer service making client relationships stick and long-lasting.
  • Facilitate recurring and one-off work for program and non-program customers, with an emphasis on managing customers and programs to provide vote-by-mail election ballots and polling place ballots, materials and services.
  • Own workflow and process management and client/production communications for each client, project or program from      end-to end, guiding on-time delivery of a quality product and customer experience every time.
  • Responsible for prompt and correct entry of print,  print/mail orders into the job management system including all print,      finishing, data, mail, large format and shipping specs.
  • Responsible for accurate booked sales number, task due dates, shipping due dates
  • Own postage deposit, change order charge, and billing timeliness for designated accounts and entered orders.
  • Includes administrative functions such as fulfillment order entry, reporting, inventory management, customer service, phones and front desk visitors. 
  • Administer fulfillment and automation program accounts.
  • Communicate professionally and responsively with internal and external customers.
  • Comfortable relating with clients, sales reps, management and production staff equally.
  • Must be available for required overtime based on business needs.
  • Be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
  • Recommend and guide solutions for internal and external challenges.

  • Present and discuss 1Vision products and services in a manner that breeds confidence and supports successful completion of      projects
  • Manage each project/product and resolve any issues quickly and thoroughly in a manner that aligns with customer needs

Collaborative:

Promotes cooperation and commitment within and between teams to achieve goals that benefit 1Vision as well as client organizations.
  • Facilitate communication and work with internal/external resources to serve client needs
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and 1Vision
  • Provide weekly reports and documentation and communicate in a manner that promotes success

Benefits- following a wait period of 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
