Sales Assistant (Inside Sales Representative -non sales) - HYBRID
Alliance InfoSystems, LLC, a Managed Service Provider (MSP), headquartered in Hunt Valley, MD has an opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative in its Sales Department. We are a growing company working together as a team to provide superior service to our customers as well as providing career opportunities to our team members. Position involves routine client contact and may have occasional onsite client visits.
What will the Inside Sales Representative do (summary)?
Provide support to the outside sales, business development and account managers by performing the following duties:o Complete and manage all deal registrations on all hardware o Maintain and update opportunities within Connectwiseo Prepare and send quotes to clients.o Track and follow up on open quotes o Covert won quote to an SO, project or ticket, if needed. o Once a quote is approved, send notification to Procurement specialist o Communicate with the client and Account Managerso Client Research o Shipping packages as needed Responsible for adhering to established company processes and utilizing ConnectWise to record products received.Help Maintain product inventory in ConnectWise.o Create RMA’s for defective products or return as needed.o Receive RMA products into inventory or release to customer as needed.Requirements
Successful candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working in a customer facing position
- Proficient with Microsoft office applications
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
- Exhibited strong interpersonal skills: such as telephone, active listening, customer-care as well as strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with clients
- Strong multi-tasking skills and proven ability to adapt to changes quickly due to changing and fast-paced environment
- Accurate typing skills to ensure timely and accurate data entry of applicable information

- Range = $24 to $35 per hour
