Join our dynamic team at C3 AI, where we are committed to delivering innovative technology solutions that drive business success. We are looking for a talented IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide first and second-level support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Assists Corporate IT on the West Coast by providing support for our East Coast Offices/time zones.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. Refurbishing and re-imaging laptops.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes in our ticketing system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to implement and support IT projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role and have been a global admin at a previous position.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, networking protocols, and common software applications/cloud services including MS Office, Office 365, Atlassian, Meraki, Surface Hub Devices, Teams Rooms, etc.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
- Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
