Job Description


We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Talent Attraction Lead, with expertise in Recruitment Marketing, to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with TA delivery teams and business groups across Wise to identify opportunities and lead on initiatives. You’ll collaborate with our Head of Talent Attraction to build and execute strategic marketing campaigns and work with our Employer Brand team to build a roadmap of initiatives to attract top talent.

You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the broader people team to position our employer brand in the talent marketplace, develop an engine to support sourcing strategies at the top of the funnel, and create compelling content that highlights Wise people, mission and impact. Qualifications


Your mission:



  • Working closely with our business leads, head of talent attraction and Austin based recruiting team, you will identify key opportunities to engage quality talent pools for example in Product, Go to market, Engineering, Banking and Compliance.

  • You’ll take ownership to build a plan and execute across multiple channels including: recruitment marketing, campaigns, events and partnerships, employee referrals and talent mapping.

  • Track, analyse and report on the effectiveness of initiatives in real-time, optimising performance of attraction strategies and influencing decisions with stakeholders including our inclusion team, reward, people partnering, and Wise business group leaders.

  • Lead on talent research for the local market and wider x-people team projects, for example: reward benchmarking, location strategy, candidate experience program and ensure we have the right tools in place for talent intelligence. 

  • Collaborate with and develop local on-the-ground partnerships, networks and events to drive engagement and enhance amplification of relevant stories via Wise brand ambassadors.

A bit about you:



  • You’re comfortable working within a fast scaling organisation and constantly changing environment, able to navigate multiple priorities with ease. 

  • You have hands-on experience in a recruiting related function, including talent research and/or recruitment marketing, ideally within a technology company.

  • You have a strong analytical mindset; you're able to set measures and KPI's and turn the data into meaningful insights to influence the strategy for attracting great talent.

Additional Skills Preferred:



  • People leadership experience is desirable to grow and develop a team over time. 

  • Recruiting within a global payments or FinTech domain is desirable but not essential.
