At Lonestar Electric Supply, our passion to MAKE IT HAPPEN drives everything we do. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts. In this role, you will assist in building a talented workforce by managing the logistical and administrative aspects of our recruitment process. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic organization.Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
  • Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and job status updates.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates by searching job boards and networking platforms.
  • Handle candidate communications, including interview confirmations and follow-ups.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment screenings.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to execute recruitment strategies.
  • Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports and tracking metrics.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, such as coordinating orientation schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience in an administrative or HR role preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly works in an office setting with occasional travel to job fairs or community events.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
