At Lonestar Electric Supply, our passion to MAKE IT HAPPEN drives everything we do. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts. In this role, you will assist in building a talented workforce by managing the logistical and administrative aspects of our recruitment process. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic organization.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and job status updates.
- Assist in sourcing candidates by searching job boards and networking platforms.
- Handle candidate communications, including interview confirmations and follow-ups.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment screenings.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to execute recruitment strategies.
- Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports and tracking metrics.
- Assist with onboarding activities, such as coordinating orientation schedules.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in an administrative or HR role preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly works in an office setting with occasional travel to job fairs or community events.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
