If you're ready to do the most ambitious work of your career, join us.We’re looking for a Head of Regional Marketing (B2B) to develop a winning strategy that brings Airwallex’s brand to life, communicates our differentiated position, and engages our users across Continental Europe and the Middle East. You’ll be part of the EMEA leadership team and will act as the owner of demand generation across multiple channels including digital, offline, events, and content.

You’ll act as a B2B Marketing all-rounder, capable of end-to-end strategic thinking and execution–from building our brand for the long-term, to driving ongoing customer growth and retention. This will be a senior hire on the EMEA team and we’re looking for a resourceful, creative go-getter who is eager to help shape the next phase of Airwallex’s growth.

Responsibilities:



  • Work cross functionally to further build a trusted and forward-thinking brand across the EMEA region.

  • Empower and mentor an ambitious team of Marketers by championing continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Own Marketing strategy and planning, including the development of a comprehensive B2B Marketing approach across multiple channels to acquire and retain customers.

  • Drive scalable demand generation campaigns to deliver user growth via performance marketing, SEO, influencers, and more.

  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns, including first-and third-party events, OOH advertising, and co-marketing with strategic partners.

  • Oversee marquee local product launches in collaboration with Product Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and Regional Strategy teams.

  • Surface and champion customer insights that enrich our understanding of our target audience, and craft a value proposition that resonates with key segments.

What you bring:



  • At least 15 years of Marketing experience, ideally with a focus on scaled B2B growth.

  • A track record of integrated campaigns that drive both brand and business metrics.

  • Experience leading a high performing regional marketing function, focused on outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills, a data driven orientation, and uncompromising attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.

  • An ability to thrive under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and remain adaptable.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty.

  • Past experience at an EMEA-based fintech or startup is a major plus.
