Payments Operations Analyst

The Impact you will make
Self-sufficiency is key to success in this position on this expanding team. Experience in, fraud management, onboarding, chargeback responses, dispute resolution and card network compliance are required for this role.As a Payments Operations Analyst, you will:
- Reconcile payout settlements, chargebacks, and disputes, identifying and resolving customer issues and inquiries
- Provide comprehensive support to both Heroes and internal teams regarding payment inquiries and issues.
- Ensure that a white glove customer experience is provided to our Heroes while still protecting Kajabi’s financial interests
- Monitor and analyze daily transaction activity
- Refine and adapt approaches to ever-evolving trends in order to protect the company against risk posed by operations and subscriber activity
- Complete Hero Risk Assessments & Risk Reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with card brand rules as well as mitigate fraud & credit risk.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Attributes for Success
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer experience, specifically within payments
- A self-starter who has a detective-ish streak and a hunger for answers
- High attention to detail and an ability to multitask
- A highly curious individual who wants to get to the source of anything even the least bit fishy
- Experience working with payment gateways, acquirers, or processors
- Familiarity with fraud detection systems and chargeback management tools.

In-Office Requirement Statement

- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration or attend company events once a quarter.
Pay Range
$70,000—$94,000 + equity + bonus
