If you're ready to do the most ambitious work of your career, join us.We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Science Director to lead our Revenue Data Science team. This team plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and developing innovative solutions to unlock revenue growth, optimize monetization strategies, and enhance overall business performance.

This role will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO, CRO, and regional General Managers (GMs) and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Marketing to identify opportunities, optimize strategies, and maximize revenue potential at scale using data science and analytics.

What You'll Do



  • Define the team's vision, mission, and priorities in alignment with the CEO, CRO, and regional GMs as part of this newly established team.

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data scientists, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

  • Oversee analyses and fulfill data requests for C-level executives, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights to support strategic decision-making

  • Oversee the development and deployment of data-driven products and solutions that enhance our revenue capabilities, such as pricing models, revenue forecasting tools, and predictive analytics.

  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization, including the CEO, CRO, and regional GMs, to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive measurable revenue impact

  • Guide your team in applying a variety of business analytics and data science techniques—including statistical modeling, advanced analytics, machine learning, and experimentation—to solve a wide range of revenue-related challenges, such as pricing optimization, customer monetization, and churn reduction

  • Clearly and persuasively communicate data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring your findings influence stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring data science teams, with a demonstrable track record of fostering growth and development

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to tell compelling data stories to executives with clear visualizations, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations that drive strategic decision-making

  • A deep understanding of revenue optimization principles and a history of applying data science to drive monetization initiatives in areas such as pricing strategies, customer lifetime value (LTV), and churn mitigation

  • Strong foundation in business analytics, data visualization, statistical analysis, and other advanced techniques, with experience in relevant tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Experience in owning and managing company-level data logic, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives across all data systems and processes
