We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead our product team and shape the future of our offerings. Coalesce is looking for a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build a thriving community while driving awareness, adoption, and success of our products in the market. This role requires a leader with a true growth mindset and sets the foundation for our product team’s operating model, fostering collaboration across design, engineering, product marketing, and the rest of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product strategy.
Translate product strategy and both short and long-term roadmap planning and prioritization, balancing short-term and long-term goals, and managing trade-offs effectively.
Partner with senior leadership, including the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), to define product vision, goals, and priorities.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales and other teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals.
Hire, develop and build a high-performing team of product managers and designers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and professional growth.
Identifying and improving key outcomes and supporting KPIs
Stay ahead of industry trends, monitoring the competitive landscape and leveraging insights to differentiate products in the market.
Qualifications:
Proven success in a senior product leadership role, in a similar stage, successful growth-stage B2B SaaS company.
Ability to translate company strategy into product strategy, product strategy into a multi-generational product roadmap plan.
Experience building IT, data-driven applications sold to data practitioners desired.
Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on team empowerment and growth.
Proficient in balancing top-down strategic insights with bottom-up customer feedback.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
