Summary
The Vice President, HR Transformation & Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for helping to execute the transformation of the Human Resources function across the enterprise. This role will lead HR operations, including HR Information Systems (HRIS), HR support for HJR, the Ask HR service, and Talent Acquisition. The VP will ensure that HR processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the Russell Family Enterprise strategic goals. This position requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of HR technologies, process improvement, and employee experience.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, plus others may be assigned based on the business needs:
HR Transformation & Operations:
- Lead the transformation of HR operations, ensuring that processes and systems are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and employee satisfaction.
- Implement the strategic roadmap for HR transformation that aligns with the CPO vision and the company’s business objectives and enhances the overall employee experience.
HR Information Systems (HRIS):
- Oversee the management and optimization of HRIS, ensuring that the system meets the needs of the business and supports all HR functions effectively.
- Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of HR technology solutions to improve data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and user experience.
- Ensure HR data integrity, security, and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
HR Support for HJR:
- Provide strategic HR support to the HJR division, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and ensuring consistent HR practices across the organization.
- Act as a key advisor to HJR leadership on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Ensure that HR services are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet the specific needs of the HJR division.
Ask HR:
- Implement and oversee the Ask HR service, ensuring that it provides timely, accurate, and helpful support to employees on a wide range of HR-related issues.
- Continuously improve the Ask HR service by implementing best practices, leveraging technology, and gathering employee feedback.
- Monitor and analyze Ask HR metrics to identify trends, resolve issues, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent to meet its current and future needs.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and talent management.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong background in HR operations, HRIS, and talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in leading HR transformation initiatives, including process improvement and technology implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR technologies, data management, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong focus on delivering results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
