Job Summary:
The Juvare Technical Implementation Analyst (Front End Web Developer) is responsible for providing a wide range of software implementation services in our WebEOC and associated solutions. This is a customer facing role and touches on all aspects of the Software Development Life-Cycle framework.With a keen eye for detail, and a desire to help agencies become better prepared to face a crisis, you'll be based in Wellington and will work with high profile organisations throughout Australia and New Zealand. You will have experience in a range of development technologies, with prior experience in implementing software.
As you can imagine, deadlines in this industry can change in an instant, so you will have a superior ability to multi-task and meet changing deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Configure web-based products within the WebEOC framework to meet requirements of our clients' needs for emergency/incident response.
- Responsible for the design, utilisation and improvement of emergency/incident management processes.
- Create written requirements documents to detail system configuration required to meet client’s needs for Emergency/Incident Response processes.
- Provide technical assistance to stakeholders in the support and delivery of emergency/incident management specific programs.
- Contribute information to systems for tracking progress and documenting status of activities.
- Develop and implement various techniques and procedures for process reviews, including development of online training content and exercise assessments.
- Tier 2 support for the region’s clients.
- Identify and implement staff development opportunities related to emergency preparedness and emergency response.
- Support Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) activations when required.
- Understand and be aware of, Juvare information security policies and standards.
- Always protect company and client information.
Skills/ Knowledge Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in web development.
- Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- Experience with Bootstrap versions 3 and 4.
- Experience with jQuery.
- Experience with RESTful services and APIs.
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Technical Business Analysis skills.
- Material Design experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Experience in an emergency management environment (preferred but not essential).
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- At least 3 years experience implementing software and working directly with clients.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Superior ability to multi-task and meet changing deadlines.
- Ability and willingness to travel if required.
- New Zealand or Australian citizen or permanent work rights in New Zealand.
