Job Overview


We are looking for a Wazuh Technical Support Representative to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role involves providing Level 1 technical support for Wazuh, an open-source security platform, and ensuring customers have an exceptional support experience. As part of CoreBridge Solutions, you’ll act as a vital resource for addressing technical queries, troubleshooting, and delivering outstanding solutions.

Key Responsibilities


  • Act as the initial point of contact for customer queries related to Wazuh via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
  • Provide Level 1 technical support for issues such as installation, configuration, and general troubleshooting.
  • Offer step-by-step guidance to customers with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Log, prioritize, and track customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to Level 2 support, ensuring thorough documentation of the issue and actions taken.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the knowledge base by documenting solutions, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer feedback and suggest potential product or process improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all interactions.

Qualifications


  • Experience in a technical support, IT help desk, or customer service role.
  • Basic knowledge of Wazuh or similar open-source security platforms (e.g., Elastic Stack, OSSEC, Splunk).
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to document processes clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Skills


  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, or Freshdesk).
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and compliance frameworks like PCI DSS or HIPAA.
  • Familiarity with log management, monitoring tools, or SIEM platforms.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
