All-Turf Lawn Care is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our branch located in Suwanee, GA. At All-Turf, we promote a very healthy work-life balance and a family atmosphere.Compensation includes a generous salary and bonus potential, company vehicle, fuel card and cell phone. We also offer health, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k, profit sharing, as well as paid time-off.The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A strong agronomic background
- Previous management experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or Sales Manager, in the lawn care industry
- Understanding of P/L
- A strong sales orientation
- Successful background in recruiting, training and development of staff
- Strong organizational, leadership and management skills
- A clean driving record
- Associates or 4 year degree in a related field preferred
Essential duties include:
- Ensuring that sales and production revenue budgets are hit or exceeded on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Budgeting
- Maintain a customer retention rate within company standards
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are enforced
- Recruiting for all positions at your branch
- Contribute to the overall success of both the company and the branch
- Maintain a culture where the health and safety of our employees and customers comes first
