Job Description


The Professional Service Developer Support role is crucial in delivering customized solutions and developing custom integrations to meet the specific requirements of our clients. Working closely with the Onboarding Manager, internal stakeholders, and customers, you will be responsible for identifying project scopes, defining project efforts, documenting project requirements, and developing the necessary integrations or functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Onboarding Manager, internal teams, and clients to identify project scopes and objectives.
  • Document project requirements, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation.
  • Develop custom integrations and functionalities based on project requirements.
  • Translate business needs and product enhancement requests into actionable solutions.
  • Utilize Xplor Recreation's drag-and-drop functionality and REST API or collaborate with the development team to enhance and implement solutions.
  • Engage directly with clients, demonstrating strong communication skills and fundamental technical troubleshooting abilities.

  • Proficiency in the following software technologies:
  • C sharp
  • .NET
  • JavaScript
  • HTML5
  • SQL
  • Familiarity with the following development tools:
  • Visual Studio
  • Git/Github
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Familiar with SAML 2.0/SSO integrations
  • Demonstrated experience in creating comprehensive data dictionaries and API documentation.
  • Exceptional ability to translate requirements discussions into detailed and precise requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
  • Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to address complex issues efficiently.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks, and consistently meet project deadlines.
  • The average base salary pay range for this position is $73,000 to $77,000 CAD
  • May be eligible for a discretionary bonus
