Position Summary:


Join our team as a Key Account Director - SaaS Sales


In order to be a successful enterprise software sales rep, you must have experience with software sales as well as a good understanding of the technical matter that may need to be discussed You'll be responsible for driving bookings growth by acquiring new mortgage LOS platform customers and maintaining the infrastructure necessary to achieve this goal. You'll prospect customers using company-provided tools and processes to develop interest, schedule and execute discovery calls, qualify opportunities and accurately forecast results.

Build a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities to ensure it equals 3 to 4 times the assigned quota. Manage opportunities through the defined pipeline stages to Closed won.

Expected Duties:


· Self Source prospects and provide technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations to the appropriate stakeholders.·Identifying and understand customer pain points, motivations, and decision-making processes to tailor sales approach accordingly.·Sales cycle and Relationship Management to ensure forecast accuracy by identifying high-probability deals and potential risks.·Coordinate large complex customer RFPs specific to the mortgage sector.·Staying informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors to adapt sales methodology accordingly.·Work with buying committees that average 5-10 people, particularly in the mortgage industry.·Plan and execute discoveries, demos, and implementation meetings among staff members and management, with a focus on mortgage products and services.·Diligently utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Altify,, Outreach and other tools in the tech stack to track all activities, calls and manage forecast.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


·Relevant experience selling and negotiating software agreements to executives ·Bachelor’s degree and 6-8 years of related experience or equivalent work experience,·Assess unusual circumstances using sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques.·Resolve and assess a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggest variations in approach.·Devise solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapt existing approaches to resolve issues.·Enhance relationships and networks with senior internal/external partners, often requiring persuasion, particularly within the mortgage sector.This role offers a fantastic opportunity to drive growth and make a significant impact on our sales efforts in the mortgage technology sales industry.
