About the Project: The Calexico Land Port of Entry (LPOE) Phase 2B project represents a major modernization effort for one of the busiest border crossings in the U.S.
This high-impact initiative will deliver a state-of-the-art Pedestrian Processing Facility, integrating advanced technologies, sustainable practices, and cutting-edge design. The project supports over 20,000 daily vehicle crossings and 12,500 pedestrian crossings, emphasizing both functionality and security for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) operations.
Position Summary: Office Administrator - Start Date ASAP
This role supports the Construction Management and Advisory (CMa) team through comprehensive project administration for the Calexico Land Port of Entry Phase 2B Project. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing office operations for complex, high-value projects, particularly within federal construction environments.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years managing office operations for large-scale projects, with a focus on federal construction projects exceeding $100M in value.
Commitment: Full-time engagement required for 63 months across all project phases: design, construction, closeout, and commissioning. Preferred on-site presence for 39 months during construction and closeout phases. Remote flexibility possible during other phases.
Skills: Strong organization, coordination, and multitasking skills; ability to manage sensitive documents and support project communications.
Responsibilities:
Project Administration: Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document control, ensuring seamless support across project phases.
Communication Coordination: Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of information and materials.
Document Management: Maintain project records in compliance with federal standards, including contracts, schedules, logs, and communication records.
Stakeholder Interaction: Support interactions with the General Services Administration (GSA), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and other agencies.
On-Site Operations: Oversee office functions during construction and closeout phases, ensuring smooth integration of on-site and remote activities.
Benefits & Compensation
As a W2 employee of iParametrics, team members are eligible for benefits such as medical, dental and vision, and the company matching 401K plan, subject to plan terms and applicable waiting periods. Compensation for this position is hourly ($40-45) based on experience, background, and skills.
