About the Project
iParametrics is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager for a mission-critical data center in Wenatchee, WA. This project focuses on developing and implementing facility management solutions in a dynamic, high-stakes environment. The role combines technical leadership, strategic management, and operational oversight to ensure excellence in facilities management within the critical infrastructure sector.
Position Overview
As the Facility Solutions Manager, you will lead the delivery of technical solutions and manage facility operations for a data center. This role requires deep expertise in facilities management, project management, and optimizing building systems. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance operational efficiency, manage critical systems, and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership- Develop and implement technical solutions for facility management processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize software tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and quality.
Facilities Operations- Manage building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Review and interpret complex project plans and specifications to align with project goals.
- Troubleshoot, document, and optimize facilities processes to maintain operational excellence.
Team Management- Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Associates and project resources.
- Direct workloads, coordinate activities, and support staff development.
Project Management- Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgets and project schedules.
- Communicate complex issues effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze project performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or MEP Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, maintenance, or operations within facility services.
- Strong knowledge of facilities operations and building systems, with project management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint) and Adobe Cloud.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related technical field.
- Extensive experience with critical facility environments such as data centers, hospitals, or airports.

Benefits & Compensation
As a W2 employee of iParametrics, team members are eligible for benefits such as medical, dental and vision, and the company matching 401K plan, subject to plan terms and applicable waiting periods. Compensation for this position is salary, $110-115k, based on experience, background, and skills.
Relocation: One-time reimbursement provided for permanent relocation.
