Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This role will report directly to the Client Service Manager and requires a self-starter who is excited to support team members in serving the unique needs of institutional clients and ultra-high-net-worth families. This individual will serve as a first responder for client requests and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have a high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Service: Manages and coordinates client request, including financial transactions, account openings and maintenance, organizes client meetings and responds to client inquiries in a professional manner. Proactively responds to urgent needs and understands the financial planning philosophy and biblical basis upon which Blue Trust serves its client base.
- Operations and Compliance Support: Maintains accurate electronic database of prospect and client information in the CRM and DMS systems. Assists the Company’s Compliance Department in monitoring division activities and addressing items of concern.
- Administration Oversight: Provides administrative support to the Division and/or team including managing quarterly billing, scheduling client/team meetings, and managing the expense reporting process. Seeks to build efficiencies and effectiveness into administrative and clerical tasks.
Requirements
- Client Service Expertise: 3+ years in operations support, office management, client service, investments, administrative support, trust operations, or accounting experience preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
- Detail Oriented: Comfortable working with a high level of detail. Organized, with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple time-sensitive tasks.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated excellent computer literacy skills and knowledge of specialized programs. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Client-Focused: Keen focus on overall client engagement and exceptional client satisfaction levels. Ability to establish and maintain strong rapport with clients.
- Team Player: Thrives in a team environment as well as working independently. Displays and encourages a servant mentality and team mindedness.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Management, Business, Finance, and Accounting or related field.
