This high-impact initiative will deliver a state-of-the-art Pedestrian Processing Facility, integrating advanced technologies, sustainable practices, and cutting-edge design. The project supports over 20,000 daily vehicle crossings and 12,500 pedestrian crossings, emphasizing both functionality and security for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) operations. 

Position Summary: Senior Construction Manager - Start Date ASAP


The Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing on-site construction activities for the Calexico Land Port of Entry Phase 2B Project, ensuring the project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires substantial experience with federal construction projects and the ability to manage a complex, multi-phase schedule. 

Key Requirements: 



  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction management, with recent experience leading projects valued at $100M or more. 

  • Extensive experience with federal projects, ideally involving Design-Build (DB) delivery methods. 

  • Commitment: Full-time engagement for 52 months on-site during the construction and closeout phases. Availability for remote collaboration during other phases is preferred. 


  • Skills: Expertise in site operations, contractor oversight, quality assurance, safety protocols, and stakeholder communication. 

Responsibilities: 



  • Site Oversight: Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and safety requirements. 


  • Contractor Coordination: Oversee contractor performance, resolving issues, and maintaining alignment with project goals. 


  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential delays or conflicts to ensure project milestones are met. 


  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with GSA, CBP, local authorities, and the Design-Build (DB) contractor to ensure smooth coordination. 


  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with federal safety and quality standards.

As a W2 employee of iParametrics, team members are eligible for benefits such as medical, dental and vision, and the company matching 401K plan, subject to plan terms and applicable waiting periods. Compensation for this position is hourly ($50-60) based on experience, background, and skills.
