You’ll build and strengthen relationships across our global client portfolio, helping clients optimise their use of our product suite and achieve their learning goals and business outcomes. This role is all about championing our clients and enhancing client satisfaction thereby ensuring high retention and loyalty.Your responsibilities will include gathering and sharing client feedback, maintaining regular communications, supporting onboarding efforts, generating new business opportunities within existing accounts and ensuring that clients are making the most of their Intellek subscription through the implementation and tracking of KPI’s and business metrics.
Working closely within our Business Development Team and collaborating with our Software Developers, you’ll drive product improvements and share insights on what contributes to success for our clients.What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of account management or other related field with proven client success track record
- Experience with SaaS products
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding client journey from client acquisition through to retention
- Active listener and collaborator, skilled at identifying client needs and monitoring product engagement
- Confident in explaining technical concepts in a clear, concise manner
- High aptitude for recognising and converting upsell opportunities
- Strong on calls and in front of the camera with engaging presentation skills
- Creative problem-solver, quick to adapt and think clearly under pressure with a solutions-first mindset
- Analytic thinker, able to interpret data, extract insights and make clear data-driven decisions
- Dynamic, curious, ambitious, with a sharp business acumen
- Eager to learn, solution-focused, self-motivated, and proactive
- Proficient in CRM and other tech tools

- Insight into the L&D sector
- Project Management experience/knowledge/qualification
- Experience with MEDDIC
